Judith Perez Headshot, Perez Estate LawMs. Pérez has focused her practice in the area of estate planning and trust administration. Her work for clients includes the planning of complex estates, special needs trusts, registered domestic partner trusts, trust administration, unique Advance Heath Care Directives, and asset conservation for the elderly.

Ms. Pérez is an Accredited Estate Planner® (AEP®) receiving the designation from the National Association of Estate Planners & Councils (NAEPC). Ms. Pérez is a member of the California, Los Angeles and San Fernando Valley Bar Associations, with membership in the Probate and Trust Section and the National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO)-Ventura County Chapter. She received the Member of the Year (2004) award at the national level of NAWBO for her mentor and education of women business owners. Ms. Pérez is past chair of the Probate and Estate Planning Section of the San Fernando Valley Bar Association (2002-2004), Past President of NAWBO-Ventura County (2005-2006) and she was named to the list of “Top 25 Lawyers of the Valley” (2007). She is a frequent speaker on issues of estate planning and elder care.

Ms. Pérez is a native of the San Fernando Valley. She graduated with honors from Chapman University in 1981 receiving the degree of Bachelor of Arts in the double major of Psychology and Sociology, Departmental Honors and Dean’s List. She attended Loyola Law School receiving the degree of Juris Doctor in 1987.
